The record

Each market publishes one record. The headline is the realized loss read from the chain, with the series, the as of stamp, the coverage tier, and the methodology version alongside. Ravariant publishes the number and determines losses. The market sets the price.

realized_loss_pct is the loss read from the chain across current constituents. loss_event_open flips to true when a loss is determined and a claim settles from the funded capital. determination carries the panel status and whether a bonded challenge is live.
